I have used podcasts from several sites in the past. One that I have used to teach an introduction to hardware and computers is from Harvard. The site is Harvard podcasts
I have also recorded my lectures for my Computer Science course (audio only) and placed a link to them from my website. Students were able to listen to those if they had been absent or needed a review of the material. That worked very well and served my purpose, however, video creates more interesting podcasts
